POLICIES
- If you are NOT 100% Satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange it for you or issue a store credit within 30 days of purchase.
- Items without an Invoice or Gift Receipt are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
- FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
- The categories in which your item will be FINAL SALE ITEMS are: All Accessories, All Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Candles, Handbags, Belts and All Sale Items.
- Items must be returned in original condition in which you received, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with receipt, and with all original tags attached or will be subject to denial.
- You can mail back items, or you can bring them to 845 Garnet Ave. San Diego, CA 92109. Please see “How To Return An Item” below.
- Swimwear with a protective adhesive strip must be returned in its original form with the protective strip fully attached.
- To return or exchange a Bouluci item, please indicate on your invoice whether you are returning for store credit or exchanging for a different size or color.
- We offer free return labels for STORE CREDIT ONLY for all U.S. and Canada orders + no restocking fees!
- You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items. The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping.
- Store credit never expires. Please include the Packing Slip with all eligible items authorized for your return in the return package.
- HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Christmas Gifts purchased after Nov 25th, are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 6th with the tags attached and Invoice or gift receipt. Must be added in the notes at checkout that it is a gift.

INTERNATIONAL, APO & PO BOX ADDRESSES
We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, Puerto Rico Addresses, APO addresses, and PO Box Addresses, so please send your return to our San Diego Address at 845 Garnet Ave, San Diego, CA 92109. Include your Invoice + Original Condition Items in the Return Package and obtain tracking for your records. Once the return is delivered to our location, it will take 3-5 business days for our Team to process; then, we will email you an E-Gift Card with store credit. We are NOT able to Process Exchanges for International Orders.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Step #1:
Please refer to our Return Policy & Final Sale Items above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
Step #2:
E-mail bouluciboutique@gmail.com and explain why you want to return the item. We will notify you when your return has been approved.
Step #3:
Drop off your securely sealed return package at any shipping location. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping.

Step #4:
As soon as we receive your return, we will process it promptly and contact you via e-mail. We'll take it from there, and get you set up with an online store credit to use towards a future purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: We must receive your item(s) back within 30 days of the day it was delivered to you. If we receive it outside the 30 day window, we will not be able to process the exchange or issue store credit, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?
To initiate a exchange, please visit our Return Center Once you have emailed us to request to return your the item. From there, you will be emailed a Return Authorization email.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed E-Gift Card instantly after your return has been accepted by either a return bar representative or a UPS carrier. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. This does not include the shipping charge paid on the order.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize.
Please notify us & send a picture of the damage to bouluciboutique@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt to be eligible for a exchange. We will exchange, or credit the damaged item if available, but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up to the manufacturers’ discretion.
PLEASE NOTE: If you receive an item and you feel that it is defective or damaged and you send it back to us and we thoroughly check it for defects and damage and see nothing wrong with the item, you will NOT be refunded your shipping charges or get an exchange, and it will be sent back to you at your expense. Only when an item is 100% damaged or defective will we give you exchange or store credit.
